General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between the customer and Vario Racing (hereinafter “we”, “us” or “Vario Racing”) via the website www.vario-racing.at. By ordering our products, the customer accepts these terms and conditions.

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to submit an offer. By submitting an order, the customer submits a binding offer. We will confirm receipt of the order within 72 hours by email. A contract is only concluded upon delivery of the goods or an express order confirmation from us.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices on the website include VAT.
The prices apply at the time of ordering. Errors and changes are reserved.
5. Eligibility to Purchase
- By placing an order in this online shop, the customer confirms that they are at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
- Orders may only be placed by natural persons who have reached the age of majority under the applicable law and who are legally capable of concluding contracts.
- The seller is entitled to rely on the customer’s declaration of age provided during the ordering process. If false information regarding age is provided, the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract and claim any damages incurred.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the ordering process is accurate and truthful.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling or use of our products.
We assume no liability for accidents, damage or other legal consequences that arise from the use of our rims. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the rims are used and installed in accordance with applicable regulations.
We accept no liability for any delays or disruptions caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
8. Guarantee and warranty
If there are defects in the delivered goods, the customer is entitled to subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery). Otherwise there is no guarantee or warranty of any kind.
If a complaint about defects is justified, we will either repair the goods or exchange them for defect-free goods.

10. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current terms and conditions can be viewed on our website and apply from the time of publication.
