Shipping and Delivery

Delivery area

We deliver to Austria, the EU and all other countries selectable at checkout. Delivery to parcel lockers or PO boxes is not possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the size and weight of the shipment (e.g. parcel or bulky rim freight). They are shown exactly in the cart or at checkout before you complete your order. As a small business owner pursuant to § 6 (1) 27 Austrian VAT Act, we do not charge VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply.

Delivery times

• Stock items: usually shipped within 1–3 working days after receipt of payment. Delivery within Austria usually 1–3 working days, within the EU usually 3–7 working days.
• Items supplied by partners (e.g. helmets, goggles, gloves, communication systems): usually 3–10 working days.
• Custom-made rim sets: production time usually 2–4 weeks plus shipping. We will inform you of the current production time on request and in the order confirmation.

If an item is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you immediately.

Carriers

We ship with Austrian Post, DHL, DPD, UPS or GLS. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.

Transport damage

Please check your shipment on receipt and report any damage as soon as possible to support@vario-racing.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
