Shipping conditions

1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs for orders within Austria and internationally vary depending on the destination and package size. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you during the ordering process before you complete the order.

2. Delivery conditions

Delivery is carried out by our shipping service providers (e.g. DHL, Hermes, UPS or DPD).
In cases where an item is out of stock or there is a delay, we will immediately inform you of the estimated delivery time.
We only deliver to the delivery address specified when ordering. Please ensure this is correct to avoid delays.
Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations or post office boxes is not possible.

3. Shipping packaging

All rims are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you undamaged. Depending on the size and weight of the product, it is shipped in special rim boxes or pallets.

4. Returns

If the rims you ordered are damaged, you have the right to return them within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with our return policy. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

5. Delays and unforeseen circumstances

We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. If there are unexpected delays (e.g. due to force majeure or problems with the shipping service provider), we will inform you immediately.
